Victron Battery Protector BatteryProtect 12V-24V 65A BPR000065400
BatteryProtect disconnects unimportant loads from the battery before they are completely discharged (which can cause damage to the battery) or before there is enough power to start the engine.
BatteryProtect is a one-way device. Since it can only deal with current in one direction, it can only deal with current either to the load or from the charger, not two at the same time. In addition, current can only go from Battery terminal to Load terminal. In case of use with load, the battery is connected to the Battery terminal. In case of use with a charger, the charger is connected to the Battery terminal.
12/24 V auto-ranging
BatteryProtect automatically detects system voltage
Easy programming
BatteryProtect can be set to turn on / off at many different voltage ratings.
The seven-digit display automatically shows the selected setting.
Special setting for lithium-ion batteries
In this model, BatteryProtect can be controlled by VE.Bus BMS.
Note: BatteryProtect can also be used as a charge interrupter between the battery charger and the lithium-ion battery. See the wiring diagram given in the manual.
Ultra low current consumption
This is an important feature in lithium-ion batteries that should kick in, especially after a low voltage shutdown.
Please refer to our lithium-ion battery datasheet and VE.Bus BMS manual for more information.
Over voltage protection
The load is disconnected when the DC voltage exceeds 16 V and 32 V, respectively, to prevent damage due to overvoltage of sensitive loads.
ignition protected
Thanks to the MOSFET switches located instead of the relay, the formation of sparks is prevented.
Delayed alarm output
The alarm output will activate if the battery voltage remains below the current disconnect level for more than 12 seconds. Thus, starting the engine does not activate the alarm. The alarm output is a short circuit protected open collector output connected to the negative (minus) rail with a maximum current of 50 mA. The alarm output is usually used to activate a buzzer, LED or relay.
Delayed load interruption and delayed reconnection
The load is cut off 90 seconds after the alarm is activated. If the battery voltage rises again to the connect threshold during this time (for example, after the engine has been started), the load will not be disconnected.
The load is reconnected 30 seconds after the battery voltage rises above the available reconnect voltage.
Teknovation Arge Bilişim Dan. Ltd. Sti. It was established by the Young Entrepreneur Electrical-Electronics Engineer Hamdin Bağçeci as a state-supported R&D company and continues its commercial activities in the field of Solar Electricity Generating Systems, increasing day by day with customer satisfaction.
In solar systems, we try to help our customers with the right product and the right price as much as possible.
A little warning to our customers. They should be careful about the unbranded, unlabeled Solar Panels removed from the power plants and the batteries that are trying to be sold as gel but are not real gel. We would like to share the information that such products are not allowed in our company. Of course, it is important to consider these when making price comparisons.
