CHARGING CONTROLLER CONNECTION ISSUES TO BE CONSIDERED!!!

one.         MOUNT THE CHARGER CLOSE TO THE BATTERY AND IN A PLACE THAT IS NOT HOT.

2.         INSTALL THE LOAD RESISTOR HORIZONTALLY AWAY FROM THE BATTERY AND CONTROLLER.

3.         CONNECT THE + TERMINALS OF THE BATTERY AND CHARGER FIRST, THEN CONNECT THE LOAD RESISTANCE CONNECTION TO LOOD OUTPUTS AND THE 3 PHASE FROM THE LAST TURBINE TO THE INPUT (PH) IN ORDER.

4.         CHECK THAT THE TERMINAL CONNECTION SCREWS ARE WELL TIGHTEN.

5.         CHECK THAT THE CHARGER INVERTER AND BATTERY PACK ARE AT THE SAME VOLTAGE.

6.         TO MANUALLY STOPPING THE TURBINE, YOU CAN USE A SWITCH (63 K AUTOMATIC OR 3X25 OPEN OFF PACK) BETWEEN THE WIND TURBINE AND THE CHARGER, WHEN NEEDED, TO REDUCE THREE PHASE SHORT CIRCUIT.

7.         MUST GROUND THE BODY OF THE POLE.

8.         THE LENGTH OF THE POLE MAY BE APPROXIMATELY 6-12 METERS.

9.         YOU CAN MOUNT THE POLE TIGHTLY WITH ROPES ON 3 SIDES AGAINST JUDGES IN THE WIND.
