Bidirectional DC-DC Battery Charger
The purpose of this device is to provide full and safe charging of the rear life batteries (JEL-AGM-WOOD-LITHIUM) from the vehicle alternator/starter battery, and to charge the starter battery from the life battery. Thanks to its 3-stage charging function and current limiting feature, it can adjust the battery voltage level and pass a constant current up to 30 amps, regardless of the alternator voltage and current.
In Boost Charge Mode, it can charge the starter battery of the vehicle from the life batteries. It can adjust the battery voltage level and pass a constant current up to 3 amps. In this way, self-discharge of the starter battery is prevented when camping and accommodation for a long time or in vehicles pulled into the parking lot, and it remains fully charged thanks to the device.
Boost Charge Mode
While charging the life batteries of Caravans or Boats with the Solar panel or from the mains, the device transfers the excess energy to the starter battery of the vehicle when the life batteries are full or when it comes to the voltage you set. When the voltage of the life battery drops below the desired value, the device stops making booster charging and does not discharge the life batteries. In this way, both battery groups are safely charged.
The device has a dual-direction current limiting feature while charging.
In boost charging mode, no more than 3Amper current is drawn from your life battery, it does not exceed 3amperes even during cranking and protects your life batteries against excessive discharge current.

- All voltage ranges and current limiting can be set on the display.
- It senses that the engine is running and then starts charging the life batteries and cuts off the charge when the engine stops, not draining/protecting the starter battery.
