CHARGING CONTROLLER CONNECTION ISSUES TO BE CONSIDERED!!!
one. MOUNT THE CHARGER CLOSE TO THE BATTERY AND IN A PLACE THAT IS NOT HOT.
2. INSTALL THE LOAD RESISTOR HORIZONTALLY AWAY FROM THE BATTERY AND CONTROLLER.
3. CONNECT THE + TERMINALS OF THE BATTERY AND CHARGER FIRST, THEN CONNECT THE LOAD RESISTANCE CONNECTION TO LOOD OUTPUTS AND THE 3 PHASE FROM THE LAST TURBINE TO THE INPUT (PH) IN ORDER.
4. CHECK THAT THE TERMINAL CONNECTION SCREWS ARE WELL TIGHTEN.
5. CHECK THAT THE CHARGER INVERTER AND BATTERY PACK ARE AT THE SAME VOLTAGE.
6. TO MANUALLY STOPPING THE TURBINE, YOU CAN USE A SWITCH (63 K AUTOMATIC OR 3X25 OPEN OFF PACK) BETWEEN THE WIND TURBINE AND THE CHARGER, WHEN NEEDED, TO REDUCE THREE PHASE SHORT CIRCUIT.
7. MUST GROUND THE BODY OF THE POLE.
8. THE LENGTH OF THE POLE MAY BE APPROXIMATELY 6-12 METERS.
9. YOU CAN MOUNT THE POLE TIGHTLY WITH ROPES ON 3 SIDES AGAINST JUDGES IN THE WIND.
10. DO NOT DRILL ANYWHERE OF THE DEVICE WHILE THE CHARGER IS CONNECTED TO THE SYSTEM.

The newly developed IstaBreeze® Air Speed is a wind generator for long-term professional use that provides reliable energy automatically and unattended even under harsh conditions with our smart hybrid charge controller developed in Germany.
The generous sizing of the generator components and the newly developed aluminum housing and heat dissipation with the aluminum housing ensure a low thermal load ensuring a long lifetime even at high ambient temperatures.
The generator shaft is powered by two encapsulated and permanently lubricated deep groove ball bearings made of stainless steel. In the front bearing, a special frictionless sealing disc prevents the ingress of moisture and dust.
The fluting of the copper winding is done by hand only. Despite advanced automation on other components of generators, e.g. CNC fabrication, handcrafting is given priority here for good reason. It provides a complete control of the processed insulation materials and thus meets the quality standards of IstaBreeze®.
